Harper's Cafe is a family owned, small food business. We serve some of the finest soul-food meals right here in Pittsburgh and are open on the weekends only. Right now we are only doing delivery services as we continue to grow and expand our franchise, we'll be having a food truck come 2025. We hope you stop by and check out our delicious meals.
